Waukesha, Wis., Business Wire -- Dresser Waukesha, a leading manufacturer of natural gas engines that deliver clean, cost-effective power, will supply engines for power generation projects designed and installed by EuroAsiatic, a Jakarta-based engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) company. EuroAsiatic is specifying a variety of Waukesha engine models including Dresser Waukesha’s new, one-megawatt, high-efficiency APG1000, and the two- and three-megawatt APG2000 and APG3000 units for upcoming projects. The projects, in Indonesia and Southeast Asia, are on-site power generation plants for manufacturing and production facilities serving the chemical, textile, food and beverage and consumer goods sectors.

In addition, Fries pointed out, Dresser Waukesha APG units are particularly well-suited to cogeneration systems that use engine exhaust gas for heat, which further improves the efficiency of each unit.
